In order to use our app you need to install it first.
Please check your email (the one you used to register with us and also check your spam folder if you can't find it).
In the email you will find you will links to download, please continue on a Desktop/laptop device as we currently do not support any mobile platform (tables/phones). See also Can I use my mobile or tablet with the "Your DNA family" app?
Whilst using a Desktop/laptop please download the correct app for your OS (Windows, macOS, Linux) and install it. See also How to install the "Your DNA family" app when you have an Antivirus program
Once the app is installed our app should open automatically (otherwise open it manually by searching for it's name).
As the app checks for updates automatically every 5 minutes, it might happen that it immediately starts to download the newest version, so give it some 30 seconds (depending on your internet speed) to do so.
Login with the email address and password that you used to register on our website. Remember to not use the "Remember me" feature when you're using a public computer as every other user could log into your account! It is also not recommended to install our app on a public computer.
